expect to wait about two weeks at most for your order to arrive.

returns accepted within 14 days after you've received your order. please only return when items have been damaged with delivery. we will refund when your order has been lost in shipping or when you cancel before we've shipped your order. all shipping costs are for the customer.

pre-orders with order goals:
the product will only go into production once the minimum amount of orders has been met. if the order goal hasn’t been met within the specified time, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. if at any point before the order goal has been met you would like a refund, send an e-mail to store [@] robinbird [.] net stating your order number and the name on your order.

if the order goal has been met, the product will go into production as soon as possible. you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address on your order when the order goal has been met and production has been confirmed. after the order goal has been met, a refund on your order will only be possible when your order has been lost or damaged in shipping. in that case the shipping costs are for the customer.
